Winchester 1892, produced in 1901-02, in good condition with 75% finish. 2/5 Bore (heavy pitting throughout). 4/5 Stock.
On the right side of the stock, there is a carving of a long horn bull at the butt. Heavy pressure mark and a light gouge near the heel. On the left side of the stock there is a light gouge near the bottom. 1/2" crack at the receiver tang. On the right side of the forend, there is a gouge at the rear end that appears to have been filled in. Heavy pressure mark at the forend tip.
Receiver finish is heavily worn. Operating lever has mild patina. Octagonal barrel has heavy patina throughout.
