Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1945, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. With matching bayonet.
On the right side of the stock there is heavy gouging at the rear of the butt. Light to mild gouging at the forward end of the butt. Heavy gouge on the wrist. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges on the wrist, above the trigger guard. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. Light gouge between the magazine plate and rear barrel band. Light to mild gouge between the barrel bands. Heavy gouge on the comb. Handguard has light gouging and light to mild pressure marks on the rear half.
Receiver has lightly worn finish. Light to mild edge wear on the barrel step. Rear barrel band has heavily worn finish. Barrel has mildly worn finish. Trigger guard has light edge wear. Magazine has lightly worn finish.
P stamped.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes leather sling.
Includes matching serial number 1914 Sawback Bayonet, produced by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard and frog.
Bayonet has light surface marks and scratches on the pommel.
Scabbard has lightly worn finish and light surface marks. Leather frog was made by A. Eichenberger of Trimbach (Solothurn) in 1939.
