Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1939, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes bayonet.
On the right side of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks throughout the butt and a heavy gouge near the forward end of the butt. Light gouges forward of the grip, below the bolt release lever. Light gouging in front of the finger groove. Large, heavy gouge before the rear barrel band. Light and mild gouges along the forearm between the barrel bands. On the left side of the stock, there are mild to heavy pressure marks throughout the butt. Light gouging on the grip. Light gouging before the finger groove, near the magazine. Light gouging between the finger groove and rear barrel band. Mild to heavy gouges and heavy pressure marks between the barrel bands. On the underside of the stock there are heavy pressure marks along the butt. Heavy pressure marks and light gouges along the comb. Handguard has several light to mild gouges throughout, and a heavy gouge on the right side, before the rear barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Light patina throughout the receiver. Rear barrel band has light finish wear and light patina. Magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine has light finish wear.
P stamped.
Includes matching serial number model 1918 bayonet, made by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard. Blade has heavy pitting at the tip. Heavy pitting throughout the pommel. Scabbard finish is heavily worn and has spots of mild to heavy pitting throughout.
Includes leather sling.
