Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1940, in very good condition with 90% finish. 3/5 Bore (mildly worn rifling, light pitting throughout). 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Diopter sights installed.
On the right side of the stock, there are light gouges below the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark behind the rear sling mount. Light gouging in front of the finger groove. Mild gouge on the underside of the stock in front of the magazine plate. Light gouging along the comb. Oh the right side of the handguard, there is a heavy gouge near the ferrule. On the top side of the handguard there are light gouges between the ferrule and rear barrel band. Heavy pressure marks and mild gouges between the barrel bands.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Both barrel bands have light to mild finish wear. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish.
P stamped. 51 stamped on the receiver tang, indicating armory refurbishment in 1951.
W+F Bern K-Type diopter sights installed. Rear diopter has six selectable apertures. Front sight is a tunnel sight.
Includes leather sling.
