Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1947, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number. Diopter sights are installed
On the right side of the stock, there are multiple spots of finish wear throughout. Multiple light gouges by the toe. Very light pressure marks in front of the finger groove. Small but very deep gouge before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there are light spots of finish wear or discoloration throughout. There are very light gouges on the pistol grip. On the underside of the stock, there are multiple light gouges and light pressure marks throughout. The toe appears to have been spliced. On the comb of the stock, there is a circular insert at the front portion. The handguard has a pair of light gouges between the ferrule and rear barrel band and a pair of light gouges between the rear and front barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Rear barrel band has heavy finish wear and mild patina on the right side. Mild edge wear around the base of the magazine.
Receiver is P stamped.
W+F Bern K-Type diopter sights are installed. Rear diopter has six selectable apertures.
Soldier's tag found under butt plate.
