Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1940, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. With matching bayonet.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges throughout the butt. Light gouge forward of the wrist, below the bolt release lever. Light gouging in front of the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there are mild gouges on the butt around the sling mount. Deep gouge at the rear of the finger groove. Heavy X-shaped gouge before the front barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. Mild gouge in front of the magazine plate. Handguard has light gouging in front of the rear barrel band.
Bluing was previously refurbished.
Receiver has light edge wear. Both barrel bands have mild to heavy finish wear. Trigger guard has light edge wear. Magazine base has mildly worn finish and mild surface marks.
P stamped.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes leather sling.
Includes matching serial number 1918 bayonet, manufactured by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard and leather frog.
Blade has a few light marks on the edge. Right side grip has light gouging around the edges. Light surface marks on the pommel.
Scabbard has lightly worn finish and a pair of heavy dents. Leather frog was made in 1941.
