Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1948, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers except for the magazine (non-serialized replacement).
Furniture was previously sanded and refinished.
On the right side of the stock, there is heavy gouging at the woodline below the rear tangent sight. On the left side of the stock there is a heavy gouge and heavy pressure mark forward of the finger groove and a heavy gouge at the woodline above the finger groove. Light gouging between the barrel bands. On the underside of the stock, there are light gouging along the butt. Heavy gouging in front of the magazine plate. Light gouging before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the handguard, there is a light gouge behind the front barrel band.
Receiver has light edge wear and light patina around the loading slot. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light patina. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish. Magazine base has mildly worn finish and mild patina.
No P stamp noted. Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
