Product Description
Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1943, in good condition with 85% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling, light pitting throughout the bore). 1/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
The stock was originally manufactured using two pieces of wood spliced together, with the splice running from the midpoint of the comb through to the grip. The splice is separating. We highly recommend that the stock be serviced before attempting to operate the K31.
On the right side of the stock, there are light gouges throughout the butt and grip. Heavy pressure mark in front of the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks near the comb. Mild pressure marks between the grip and finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges on the pistol grip and light gouges around the magazine plate. Handguard has a heavy gouge near the ferrule. Heavy pressure marks at the rear of the handguard and between the barrel bands.
Receiver has light to mild finish wear. Rear barrel band has mild finish wear and mild patina. Front barrel band has light finish wear. Magazine plate and trigger guard has light finish wear.
