Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1940, in very good condition with 90% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there are mild pressure marks at the rear of the butt. Heavy gouge and a heavy pressure mark running between the stock and handguard before the front barrel band. On the left side of the stock there is a heavy gouge near the toe and light gouges around the rear sling mount. On the underside of the stock, there are light gouges in front of the magazine plate. Heavy pressure marks in front of the rear barrel band. Handguard has a heavy gouge behind the rear barrel band and light gouging in front. Heavy pressure mark behind the front barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn and has light edge wear throughout. Rear barrel band has mild to heavy finish wear and patina on the top side. Trigger guard has light to mild edge wear. Magazine has light edge wear and light finish wear..
P stamped. Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
