Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1938, in very good condition with 85% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there are light gouges throughout the butt. Heavy pressure mark in front of the finger groove, as well as a gouge that appears to have been repaired with a filler. Heavy gouging in front of the finger groove along the woodline. On the left side of the stock, there are light gouges on the grip. Light gouge on the upper edge of the finger groove. Mild pressure mark in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock, there are light gouges along the butt. Heavy pressure mark near the grip, next to the magazine plate. Light gouging between the forward end of the magazine plate and the rear barrel band. Handguard has light gouges and heavy pressure marks between the ferrule and rear barrel band. Heavy gouge at the woodline on the right side in front of the ferrule. Light gouges between the barrel bands.
Butt plate is heavily pitted. Receiver finish is lightly worn. Both barrel bands have light finish wear and light patina. Magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine have light finish wear and light patina.
