Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1953, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 5/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
One of 12,999 total produced in 1953.
Furniture was previously sanded and refinished. The Swiss ordnance stamp is no longer present and instead has an encircled number 8 in its place.
On the underside of the stock, there are light gouges and light finish wear between the barrel bands. Handguard has a few light gouges in front of the rear barrel band. There are several competition participation stickers, found on the handguard and on the underside of the stock.
Receiver has light edge wear throughout. Barrel step has mildly worn finish. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish and surface marks. Trigger guard has light edge wear.
No P stamp noted. LU stamped on the receiver tang, indicating armory refurbishment at the armory in Lucerne.
Includes leather sling.
