Swiss W+F Bern K31 Carbine, produced in 1941, in Good condition with 70% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling, light pitting). 2/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes micrometer front & rear sights.
Stock has an unrepaired 4" crack on the left side at the woodline.
Furniture was previously sanded and refinished.
On the right side of the stock, there is a Bussigny (Vaud) coat of arms sticker on the butt. Light gouging at the forward end of the butt. Small cross carved into the rear of the wrist. Heavy gouge halfway between the finger groove and rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there is a light gouge at the forward end of the butt. Heavy pressure mark on the wrist. Light to mild gouging around the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt and a heavy pressure mark on the wrist. On the top of the stock there is light gouging along the comb. Handguard has light gouging before the rear barrel band. Heavy gouge before the front barrel band. Red competition inspection band around the stock and handguard and a competition participation sticker before the front barrel band.
Receiver has heavily worn finish and light pitting. Rear barrel band is in the white. Front barrel band has lightly worn finish and light surface marks. Magazine plate has lightly worn finish. Trigger guard has light to mild pitting Magazine base has heavy edge wear and mild pitting.

Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes front and rear micrometer fine adjustment sights. Front sight also has a leather hood.
Includes leather sling.
