Swiss W+F Bern K31 Carbine, produced in 1944, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes matching serial number bayonet.
Stock has an armory repair on the left side at the butt. Handguard has tiger striping on the top side between the barrel bands.
On the right side of the stock, there is a heavy pressure mark around the middle of the butt and light gouging throughout the butt. Mild to heavy gouging between the forward end of the butt and the wrist. Mild pressure marks below the finger groove. Light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark on the rear edge of the finger groove. On the underside there are light gouges on the butt. Handguard has light gouging in front of the rear barrel band and a mild gouge before the front barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light patina. Front barrel band has lightly worn finish. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish.
P stamped.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes leather sling.
Includes matching serial number model 1918 bayonet, produced by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen, with scabbard. Blade has a small mark on the edge. Left side grip has a heavy pressure mark. Pommel has light patina.
Scabbard has heavily worn finish and heavy pitting.
