Swiss W+F Bern K31 Carbine, produced in 1944, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes matching serial number bayonet.
Stock is chipped on the left side in front of the front barrel band.
On the right side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks and light gouging on the butt. Mild pressure marks and light gouging along the wrist. Pressure marks and light to mild gouging before the finger groove. Light gouging from the finger groove to the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stocks there is light gouging at the rear of the butt. Mild pressure marks around the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there is light gouging on the butt. Round pressure mark before the rear barrel band. Light gouging on the heel. Handguard has mild pressure marks and light gouging between the ferrule and rear barrel band. Light gouge and a heavy pressure mark between the barrel bands.
Receiver has lightly worn finish. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish and light surface marks.
56 stamped on the tang, indicating armory refurbishment in 1956.
Includes matching serial number model 1918 bayonet, produced by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard. Blade is slightly bent at the tip. Right side grip has light gouging. Pommel has light patina and light surface marks. Scabbard has lightly worn finish.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
