Swiss W+F Bern K31 Carbine, produced in 1944, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes matching bayonet.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. On the underside of the stock there is a heavy gouge on the butt at the toe. Mild gouging on the pistol grip. On the top side of the stock there is light gouging along the comb. Handguard has light gouging near the ferrule.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light patina. Barrel has mildly worn finish. Trigger guard has light edge wear and light pitting. Magazine has light to mild edge wear and light pitting.
P stamped.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
Includes matching serial number model 1918 bayonet, produced by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard and leather frog. Bayonet blade has. light scratches. Guard and pommel have light surface marks.
Scabbard has heavily worn finish and light surface marks. Leather frog has a partially illegible sattler stamp, but it was made in Horgen (Zurich) in 1947.
