Swiss W+F Bern K31 Carbine, produced in 1936, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes matching bayonet.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. Mild gouging below the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there is light gouging on the wrist. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. Heavy gouging on the wrist. Light gouging in front of the magazine plate. Light gouging along the comb. Handguard has a light gouge next to the ferrule. A few mild gouges and a heavy gouge between the barrel bands.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish and light patina. Trigger guard has light pitting. Magazine has a small area of mild to heavy finish wear.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
Includes matching model 1918 bayonet, produced by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard and leather frog. Blade is in excellent condition. Muzzle ring has light surface marks. Pommel has light surface marks. Scabbard has lightly worn finish and mild patina.
Sattler stamp on the leather frog is illegible.

NE stamped on the receiver tang, indicating armory refurbishment in Neuchâtel.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
