Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1953, in very good condition with 85% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges throughout the butt. Heavy gouge below the bolt release lever. Light gouge before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges before the finger groove. Heavy pressure marks in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. Light gouging before the rear barrel band. Light gouging along the comb.
Receiver has light to mild finish wear. Both barrel bands have light surface marks. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish.
P stamped.
58 stamped on the receiver tang, indicating armory refurbishment in 1958.
Soldier's tag found behind the butt plate.
Includes aluminum muzzle cover and leather sling.
