Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1942, in very good condition with 80% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling, light cosmetic surface marks around the outside edge of the barrel crown). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there are heavy gouges at the rear of the butt. Light gouging on the rear of the finger groove. Light gouging between the finger groove and rear barrel band. Light gouge before the front barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges at the rear of the butt. Large, shallow pressure marks rear of the wrist. Mild gouge forward of the wrist. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. Heavy pressure mark and light gouge on the wrist. Light gouge before the rear barrel band. Heavy pressure mark before the front barrel band. Handguard has a light gouge near the ferrule, heavy gouge in front of the rear barrel band, and heavy gouging before the front barrel band.
Receiver finish is mildly worn. Rear barrel band is almost in the white. Front barrel band has light to mild finish wear. Trigger guard has mild edge wear. Magazine base has heavily worn finish.
