Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1941, in very good condition with 85% original finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
On the right side of the stock, there is a small chip at the butt plate. Light pressure mark on the pistol grip. Several light to mild pressure marks around the finger groove. From the finger groove to the rear barrel band, there are multiple very small, light pressure marks, a few mild pressure marks, and a heavy gouge near the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there are mild pressure marks along the side of the butt below the comb. Mild handling wear to the right of the finger groove, below the receiver. There are a few light to mild pressure marks above the finger groove. Light pressure marks along the underside of the stock. Thin, heavy gouge in front of the magazine plate. Mild to fair pressure marks on the comb. Handguard has mild pressure marks throughout. There is a scrape on the left side of the handguard, at the woodline, just before the front barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Light edge wear around the loading slot. Rear barrel band has light patina and fair to moderate finish wear on the right side. Light edge wear around the front barrel band. Light finish wear on the magazine plate. Light edge wear and light finish wear on the trigger guard. Light edge wear and light to mild finish wear on the magazine base.
Includes aluminum muzzle cover and leather sling.
Receiver is P stamped.
Soldier's tag found under butt plate.
