Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1958, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
On the right side of the stock, the butt has a dark coloration. Thin, deep pressure mark near the forward end of the butt, near the grip. Multiple light pressure marks along the bottom edge of the grip. Multiple dark colored spots and light pressure marks below the finger groove. On the left side of the stock, there are multiple spots of dark coloration throughout the butt and the grip. On the forearm there is a 1.5" long gouge behind the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is light handling wear and spots of discolor in front of the magazine plate. Heavy pressure mark behind the rear barrel band. Light finish wear along the comb of the stock. Light handling wear throughout the handguard. Light gouge on the handguard near the rear barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn overall. Light edge wear around the loading slot. The barrel step has been polished and is in the white. Hidden underneath the furniture, the barrel has mild finish wear throughout. Rear barrel band has been refinished. Light edge wear on the front barrel band. Moderate finish wear around the exposed barrel and the front sight. Magazine plate has light finish wear near the trigger guard. Light edge wear on the trigger guard.
Receiver is P stamped.
