Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 80% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. With matching bayonet.
Bolt knob has light gouging.
Stock has well defined tiger striping throughout.
Stock has an armory repaired crack on the top of the wrist at the receiver tang and on the left side at the wrist. Handguard has an armory repaired crack before the rear sight. Unrepaired 3/4" crack in front of the rear sight.
On the right side of the stock there are mild gouges and mild pressure marks throughout the butt. Heavy pressure mark on the wrist. Mild pressure mark before the finger groove. Mild pressure marks above the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks and mild gouges on the butt. Heavy pressure marks between the wrist and finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges along the butt. Light gouging on the pistol grip. Mild gouge on the wrist next to the trigger guard. Mild pressure marks along the comb.
Receiver has heavily worn finish and light to mild surface marks. Both barrel bands have heavily worn finish and light surface marks. Trigger guard has heavily worn finish. Magazine has heavily worn finish.
P stamped. 38 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1938.
Includes matching serial number 1918 bayonet, produced by Elsener Schwyz, with scabbard and leather frog.
Blade tip has been blunted. Blade has light marks on the edge and light scratches. Left side walnut grip has heavy pressure marks. Pommel has light surface marks and light patina.
Scabbard has mildly worn finish. Leather frog was made by B. Stalder of Fribourg in 1931.
