Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1928, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Bolt knobs have light gouging.
Furniture was previously sanded and refinished.
Stock was originally produced for the 1911 Infantry Rifle and was remanufactured for the K11. There are wooden inserts on the underside where the original 1911 rear sling mount and barrel band spring would have been located.
On the right side of the stock there is a mild gouge on the wrist. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges around the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there are heavy pressure marks on the wrist. Long, thin pressure mark before the rear barrel band. Heavy gouge on the top of the wrist at the receiver tang. Handguard has a light gouge on the left side in front of the rear sight.
Receiver has mildly worn finish and light surface marks. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish. Front barrel band has mildly worn finish and a mild dent on the top side. Magazine plate has mild to heavy finish wear between the trigger guard and magazine. Trigger guard has heavily worn finish. Magazine has heavy edge wear and heavily worn finish.
P stamped receiver.
Unable to check for a soldier's tag as the butt plate screws are heavily worn.
Includes leather sling.
