Swiss K11 Carbine, produced in 1914, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
This K11 is one of the first 2000 manufactured for military production.
Lower bolt knob is chipped.
On the left side of the stock, there is a heavy pressure mark at the front of the grip. Heavy pressure mark before the finger groove, above the magazine. Mild and heavy pressure marks on the forearm between the barrel bands. On the underside of the stock, there is a mild pressure mark in front of the magazine plate. Handguard has a crack around the rear tangent sight which was armory repaired. Small, mild gouge behind the rear barrel band.
Receiver finish is mildly worn. Light patina and light surface marks throughout the receiver. Front barrel band has light patina on the top side. Light to mild finish wear and light patina on the magazine plate. Trigger guard has heavy finish wear and mild surface marks. Magazine has heavy finish wear.
Receiver is P stamped. 37 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1937.
Soldier's tag found under the butt plate.
