Swiss W+F Bern K11 Carbine, produced in 1922, in good condition with 75% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 1/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial number. Magazine matching serial number.
Tiger striping in the stock.
On the right side of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks throughout the butt. Heavy pressure marks around the finger groove. Long, heavy pressure mark at the rear of the finger groove. Heavy pressure marks along the forearm in between the barrel bands. On the left side of the stock there are small, deep gouges at the butt near the grip. Heavy pressure marks between the grip and the finger groove. Light gouges around the edge of the finger groove. Heavy pressure marks around the rear barrel band. Light gouge before the front barrel band. On the underside of the stock, there are light gouges near the toe of the stock. 2" long crack at the grip that has not been repaired. Heavy pressure marks and light gouges in front of the magazine plate. Long, heavy gouge along the right side of the comb. Pair of 1/2" long unrepaired cracks at the receiver tang. Handguard has light gouges between the rear sight and rear barrel band. Heavy pressure mark in front of the rear barrel band.
Receiver finish is heavily worn and has multiple surface marks throughout. Large spot of heavy pitting on the left side of the receiver. Both barrel bands have mild finish wear and light patina. Heavy pitting on the bottom half of the front barrel band and on the bayonet lug. Heavy finish wear and surface marks on the trigger guard.
Receiver is P stamped. 36 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1936.
