Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1916, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there are light gouges and multiple scratches around the butt. On the left side of the stock, there is a light gouge around the center of the butt. Heavy pressure mark on top of the finger groove. On the underside of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks at the butt in front of the rear sling mount. Handguard has light gouging on the right side before the rear barrel band.
Receiver has light edge wear throughout. Mild to heavy edge wear at the rear of the receiver. Both barrel bands have light finish wear. Light finish wear on the trigger guard and magazine.
No P stamp noted. 33 stamped below the receiver, indicating armory refurbishment in 1933.
Includes matching serial number model 1899 bayonet, manufactured by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen, with steel scabbard. Light handling wear on the wood grips. Scabbard finish is solid in color.
