Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
On the right side of the stock, there is a large, shallow gouge at the center of the butt. Mild gouging below and to the right of the bolt release lever. Mild to moderate gouging around the finger groove. Large surface gouge behind the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks and light to mild gouges around the center of the butt. Series of vertical mild pressure marks between the finger groove and rear barrel band. Light gouging behind the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock, there is a heavy gouge behind the pistol grip and light gouges on the pistol grip.
Receiver has light to mild edge wear throughout. Rear half of the receiver has light finish wear. Light surface marks and scratches throughout the receiver. Both barrel bands have light to mild tool marks. Rear barrel band has light finish wear. Front barrel band has light to mild finish wear. Mild finish wear on the trigger guard and magazine.
Receiver is P stamped. 30 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1930.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
