Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1916, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Lower bolt knob is cracked and chipped.
On the right side of the stock, there are mild pressure marks and light gouges throughout the butt. Light gouging inside the finger groove. On the left side of the stock, there are light and heavy gouges throughout the butt. Light gouge at the top of the wrist. Light gouging around the finger groove. Light gouging between the barrel bands. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. Heavy pressure marks on the comb. Handguard has light gouging in front of the rear barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn and has light patina. Magazine plate and trigger guard has lightly worn finish and light patina.
Receiver is P55 stamped, indicating privatization in 1955. 31 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1931.
