Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1916, in very good condition with 93% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked and chipped.
On the right side of the stock, the butt has light gouging throughout and a heavy pressure mark at the center. Heavy pressure mark on the wrist. Light gouge before the finger groove, below the woodline. Heavy pressure mark in front of the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there is light gouging between the wrist and the finger groove. Light gouging in front of the finger groove. Light gouging behind the front barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are a pair of heavy gouges on the butt, behind the pistol grip. Light gouging behind the rear barrel band. Light gouging along the comb. Handguard has light gouging between the barrel bands.
All bluing was previously refurbished.
Receiver has light surface marks at the rear. Very few blemishes in the refurbished blue; there is only light edge wear present.
Receiver is P52 stamped, indicating privatization in 1952.
Includes leather sling.
