Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1915, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there is a heavy pressure mark and mild gouge at the woodline above the finger groove and a long, light gouge at the rear of the finger groove. Light gouges throughout the left side of the stock. Light gouging from the forward end of the grip to the finger groove. Mild pressure mark between the finger groove and rear barrel band, and a heavy pressure mark behind the rear barrel band. On the underside there is a heavy gouge between the magazine plate and rear barrel band. Handguard has light gouging on the top side between the ferrule and rear barrel band. Right side of the handguard has a light gouge at the rear, near the ferrule.
Receiver has light edge wear throughout. Both barrel bands have light finish wear and light patina. Light finish wear and light patina on the magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine.
Receiver is P63 stamped, indicating privatization in 1963. 32 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1932.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
