Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1915, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Upper bolt knob is cracked. Lower bolt knob is chipped.
On the left side of the stock, there are various marks and light gouges between the forward end of the grip and the finger groove. Mild gouge in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is a severe gouge to the right of the trigger guard. Light gouge between the barrel bands. Handguard has heavy pressure marks between the ferrule and rear barrel band.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Light patina and light surface marks throughout the receiver. Both barrel bands have light to mild finish wear. Light patina and light surface marks on the magazine plate and trigger guard.
Receiver is P55 stamped, indicating privatization in 1955.
Includes leather sling.
