Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1915, in very good condition with 85% finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly worn rifling). 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges near the forward end of the comb. Light gouge rear of the wrist. Light gouging around the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks and a light gouge around the pistol grip and wrist. Light gouging above the finger groove.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Light patina over the chamber and on the right side of the receiver. Light surface marks at the rear of the receiver. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish and light tool marks. Bluing on the magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine were previously refurbished. Light surface marks on the trigger guard. Light pitting throughout the magazine plate and trigger guard.
P stamped receiver. ·25 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1925.
