Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1914, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
On the right side of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks and light gouges throughout the butt. There is a short line of red paint at the woodline on the forearm. On the left side of the stock, there are light gouges throughout the butt. Light gouges and heavy pressure marks on and above the pistol grip. Light gouging above the finger groove. Scratch in front of the rear barrel band.
Receiver has lightly worn finish. Light patina over the chamber. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish and mild patina. Trigger guard has mild patina and mild surface marks.
Receiver is P62 stamped. WF28 stamp below the serial number, indicating refurbishment by Waffenfabrik Bern in 1928.
Includes leather sling.
