Swiss W+F Bern 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1916, in Very Good condition with 80% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. Scratches halfway between the barrel bands. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. Light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is a heavy gouge halfway between the sling mount and the pistol grip. On the top of the stock there is light gouging along the comb. Handguard has mild gouging before the front barrel band.
Receiver has mildly worn finish and light surface marks. Rear barrel band has heavily worn finish. Front barrel band has mildly worn finish. Magazine plate has an area of heavy finish wear in front of the trigger guard. Trigger guard has heavily worn finish. Magazine base is almost completely in the white.

WF27 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1927.
