Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1914, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges on the butt below the comb. Light gouging on the wrist. Mild and heavy gouge in front of the finger groove. Light gouge before the rear barrel band. Heavy gouge in front of the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges between the finger groove and rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is a heavy gouge on the butt in front of the sling mount. Mild pressure mark on the top of the wrist. Handguard has a heavy gouge at the rear. Light gouging behind the rear barrel band. Mild pressure marks in front of the rear barrel band. Heavy gouge behind the front barrel band.
Receiver has light scratches and light to mild edge wear. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light scratches. Front barrel band has mildly worn finish. Magazine plate has light to mild finish wear and light scratches. Trigger guard has mild edge wear. Magazine has heavily worn finish.
P56 stamped, indicating privatization in 1956. 32 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1932.
Includes leather sling.
