Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Bolt knobs have light gouges.
On the right side of the stock there are mild gouges on the rear of the butt near the comb. Heavy gouge on the pistol grip. Light gouge before the finger groove. Light gouges before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges at the forward end of the butt. Light gouges before the finger groove and around the finger groove. Mild gouges before the rear barrel band. Light gouges before the front barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is a heavy gouge on the butt behind the rear sling mount and a light gouge in front of the sling mount. Light gouge before the front barrel band. 1/2" crack on the top of the wrist at the receiver tang. Handguard has light gouges near the ferrule. Mild pressure mark before the rear barrel band and a scratch in front of the rear barrel band.
Receiver has lightly worn finish and light pitting along the top. Both barrel bands have lightly worn finish. Trigger guard has light surface marks.
P stamped receiver. 31 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1931.
Includes muzzle cover and leather sling.
