Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. all matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there are light gouges throughout the butt. Heavy pressure mark at the rear of the finger groove. On the left side of the stock there are three mild pressure marks at the center of the butt. Light gouges on the grip. Mild pressure marks in front of the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there is a mild to heavy gouge on the butt at the toe. Multiple light gouges from the butt to the grip. Light gouging along the comb.
All bluing was previously refurbished. Receiver has light surface marks and light pitting throughout. Light edge wear around the loading slot. Spots of heavy pitting on both barrel bands, the magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine.
Receiver is P63 stamped, indicating privatization in 1963.
Includes leather sling.
