Swiss 1911 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1917, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
On the right side of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark forward of the grip. Light gouging in front of the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks on the forward end of the butt and forward of the grip. Light gouging around the finger groove. Light gouging around the rear barrel band. Heavy pressure marks along the comb of the stock.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Light edge wear throughout the receiver. Both barrel bands have mild finish wear and light patina. Trigger guard has mild edge wear and light surface marks.
Receiver is P stamped. WF26 stamped below the serial number, indicating armory refurbishment in 1926.
Includes leather sling.
