Swiss 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1906, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
On the right side of the stock, there are mild pressure marks on the grip. Light gouging in front of the finger groove and heavy gouging in front of the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there are mild pressure marks throughout the butt. Heavy gouging rear of the grip and a heavy pressure mark on the grip. Mild gouge in front of the trigger guard. On the underside of the stock, there are heavy pressure marks on the butt in front of the rear sling mount and a heavy gouge by the magazine catch. Heavy gouge at the center of the comb.
Receiver has light edge wear throughout. Light surface scratches over the chamber. Both barrel band have light edge wear. Multiple light surface marks on the trigger guard.
Receiver is P stamped.
Includes matching serial number model 1899 bayonet, manufactured by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen, with steel scabbard. Blade is in excellent condition. Multiple surface marks on the pommel. Left side wood grip has a small crack above the upper rivet. Scabbard has mild finish wear.
Includes leather sling.
