Swiss 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1912, in good condition with 50% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Light tiger striping on the underside of the stock.
On the right side of the stock there are small, mild pressure marks around the center of the butt and heavy pressure marks at the forward end of the butt. Heavy gouge in front of the finger groove. Light gouge before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are heavy pressure marks on the butt below the comb. Heavy pressure mark on the wrist. Mild gouge before the finger groove. Heavy pressure marks and a heavy gouge above the finger groove. Light gouging before the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there is a mild gouge on the pistol grip. Heavy gouge next to the magazine catch. Heavy pressure mark at the forward end of the comb. Gouge on the top of the wrist at the receiver tang. Handguard has light gouging before the rear barrel band.
Receiver has mild to heavy finish wear. Both barrel bands are in the white. Magazine plate, trigger guard, and magazine base are in the white.
