Swiss 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1906, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Upper bolt knob is chipped. Lower bolt knob is cracked.
On the right side of the stock there are light gouges and a light pressure mark at the rear of the butt. Mild gouging below the comb. Heavy gouge on the wrist. Light gouging before the rear barrel band. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges throughout the butt. Mild gouge at the forward end of the butt. Mild gouge on the pistol grip. Mild pressure mark on the wrist. Heavy pressure mark below the woodline, forward of the wrist. Light pressure marks and scratches between the wrist and the finger groove. Heavy pressure mark before the rear barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are mild scratches before the pistol grip. Light gouging in front of the magazine plate. Light gouging before the rear barrel band. Mild gouge on the top of the wrist at the receiver tang. Handguard has light gouging between the barrel bands.
Receiver finish is lightly worn. Rear barrel band has lightly worn finish and light tool marks. Trigger guard has lightly worn finish and light surface marks.
