Swiss 1896/11 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1900, in very good condition with 90% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Furniture was previously sanded and refinished.
On the right side of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark at the forward end of the butt. Light gouging above the finger groove. On the underside of the stock there is a light gouge at the butt and a heavy pressure mark before the rear barrel band. Handguard has a light gouge on the top side near the ferrule.
All bluing was previously refurbished.
Receiver has light surface marks throughout. Rear barrel band has light to mild tool marks. Front barrel band has lightly worn finish. Trigger guard has light surface scratches.
Receiver is P stamped.
