Swiss 1889 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1893, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers.
Both bolt knobs are cracked.
On the right side of the stock there are mild gouges at the center of the butt. Mild pressure marks below the bolt release lever. On the left side of the stock there are light gouges at the rear of the butt and a heavy pressure mark around the center of the butt. Light gouging on the wrist. Heavy gouge in front of the finger groove. Heavy gouge before the front barrel band. On the underside of the stock there are light gouges on the butt. Shield-shaped void before the front barrel band.
Heavy gouging along the comb. Handguard has heavy gouging between the barrel bands.
Receiver has mild edge wear. Heavy surface mark at the rear of the receiver. Rear barrel band has heavily worn finish. Front barrel band has mildly worn finish. Heavy finish wear around the muzzle. Trigger guard has mild to heavy finish wear. Magazine has heavily worn finish.
