Swiss W+F Bern 1889 Infantry Rifle, produced in 1895, in good condition with 60% finish. 4/5 Bore (light pitting throughout). 4/5 Stock. Furniture non-matching (unserialized stock, illegible handguard serial number).
Furniture was previously sanded and refinished.
On the left side of the stock there is a light gouge at the rear of the butt. Mild to heavy pressure marks above the magazine. Handguard has a light gouge before the front barrel band.
Receiver has heavily worn finish. Rear barrel band has mildly worn finish. Magazine plate has light to mild finish wear. Trigger guard has mildly worn finish and light to mild pitting. Magazine has heavily worn finish on the right side.
