Swiss 1906/24 Luger, produced in 1924, in very good condition with 90% original finish. 5/5 Bore. Good straw finish remaining, with some straw finish lost on the trigger and safety selector lever from handling. All visible serial numbers matching.
Left side of the frame has light edge wear on the forward edge. Light surface marks on the frame above the grip. Expected mark in the bluing from safety selector operation. Trigger plate has edge wear at the high area and on the upper edge. Small surface mark on the right side of the trigger plate. Right side of the frame has edge wear at the forward edge as well as some slightly thinning bluing.
Trigger guard has minor edge wear. Light edge wear around the grip safety.
Receiver has finish wear on the left side from the trigger plate. Light finish wear on the back side of the receiver near the rear sight. Very light to light finish wear on the toggle knob knurling. Light edge wear on the rear sight.
Barrel has light edge wear around the muzzle and light edge wear on the front sight.
Frame is P.55 stamped to the left of the trigger plate. The P and the first "5" are double stamped. Colonel Muhlemann's inspection mark is on the receiver above the P stamp.
Walnut grips matching serial numbers and very good checkering. Left side grip screw has a different color blue and may be reblued. Right side grip screw has thinning bluing. Dark wood base on magazine.
Has a leather tab attached to the lanyard loop. Includes military leather holster with shoulder sling.
