Swiss Martini target rifle, made by Büchel, in good condition with 75% finish. 5/5 Bore. 2/5 Stock.
Chambered in .22LR.
Forearm has a long crack along the left side that has been repaired with glue or epoxy. 2" crack on the left side of the butt on the cheek piece. 2 1/2" crack on the underside of the butt on the toe.
On the right side of the stock, there is a mild pressure mark at the rear of the butt. On the left side of the stock, there is a small metal stud embedded in the cheek piece. A plaque is found on the underside of the butt, bearing the name of the original owner: Martin Ploner. On the right side of the forearm there are several pressure marks and a mild gouge.
Receiver finish is heavily worn. Mild pitting on the left side of the receiver. Light pitting at the base of the barrel. Barrel finish is lightly worn and has mild patina throughout. Operating lever finish is heavily worn and has heavy patina.
Diopter sights are installed. A dovetail on the barrel for the original rear sight is unpopulated.
