Smith & Wesson .44 Hand Ejector 1st Model New Century, also simply known as the Triple Lock, chambered in .455 Webley, in very good condition with 75% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Grips.
Manufactured between 1908-1917, and one of 15,376 total manufactured.
Mild to heavy edge wear throughout. On the right side of the frame, there are light scratches and light pitting throughout. Unknown star stamp on the forward end. On the left side of the frame, there is light pitting over the grip. Light pitting on the underside of the trigger guard and heavy finish wear on the grip. Heavy finish wear on the top strap. Barrel has moderate finish wear and light to mild pitting throughout.
Barrel and frame have Birmingham proof marks.
Walnut grips are in very good condition with good to very good checkering and expected handling wear for a 100+ year old revolver.
