Swiss Army SIG P49, part of the second series, fourth delivery to the Swiss Army, in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 5/5 Grips.
So-called transitional model, with sandblasted matte frame and blued slide, and flat, knurled slide release.
On the right side of the frame, there is mild edge wear near the forward area and light edge wear along the top of the high area. Light edge wear throughout the left side of the frame. Light edge wear around the dust cover on the underside. Slide has light edge wear around the muzzle. The top of the front sight is in the white from holster wear and there is mild edge wear around the rear sight. There are a few light surface marks on the slide's rear serrations.
BE stamped on the right side of the trigger guard, presumably for Canton Bern.
Includes military leather holster with shoulder sling. Holster was made by F. Fluckiger of Bern.
