Brazilian military contract Mauser 1908, manufactured by DWM (Deutsche Waffen und Munitionsfabriken), in very good condition with 85% finish. 5/5 Bore. 4/5 Stock. All serialized parts matching serial numbers.
Dark streaks found at the forward end of the butt, before the grip, on both sides, and continues along the underside of the butt. On the right side of the stock, there is an encircled 6-point star with a B in the center, stamped before the disc on the butt. Heavy pressure mark before the pistol grip. On the left side of the stock there is a heavy pressure mark before the pistol grip. Matching serial number on the underside of the butt before the rear sling mount. Heavy pressure mark on the top side of the stock, next to the receiver tang.
Receiver has Brazilian coat of arms on the top side of the chamber and DWM manufacturer mark on the left side.
Receiver and bolt are correctly in the white. Bolt release lever has heavily worn finish and is almost completely in the white. The top of the rear barrel band has heavily worn finish. Front barrel band is in the white. Trigger guard has light edge wear. Floor plate has lightly worn finish.
Includes muzzle cover, cleaning rod, and leather sling.
