Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1936, in very good condition with 75% finish. 5/5 Bore. 3/5 Stock. All matching serial numbers. Includes bayonet.
Well defined tiger striping throughout the stock.
On the right side of the stock, there are mild pressure marks, a heavy pressure mark, and light gouges throughout the butt. Heavy pressure mark on the wrist. Light gouging below the bolt release lever. Light gouging behind the front barrel band. On the left side of the stock, there are mild pressure marks on the butt. Light gouging on the forward end of the wrist. On the underside of the stock there is light gouging along the butt. Light gouging along the comb. Handguard has a mild gouge behind the rear barrel band. Armory repaired crack between the barrel bands.
Receiver finish is heavily worn. Rear barrel band has heavily worn finish and light surface marks throughout. Barrel has heavily worn finish. Magazine plate has lightly worn finish. Trigger guard has light edge wear and light pitting. Magazine finish is heavily worn.
P stamped.
Includes leather sling.
Includes matching serial number model 1918 bayonet, made by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen, with scabbard and leather frog.
Blade has light pitting throughout. Heavy pressure mark on the bottom of the right side grip. Multiple surface marks throughout the pommel. Scabbard finish is heavily worn.
Leather frog was made by A. Amstutz of Engelberg (Obwalden) in 1945.
