Swiss K31 Carbine, produced in 1945, in good condition with 75% original finish. 4/5 Bore (lightly dull bore). 3/5 Stock. Stock and handguard matching serial numbers. Bolt matching serial numbers. Magazine matching serial number. Model 1918 bayonet matching serial number.
Furniture has areas of fair finish wear on the commonly handled areas. Finish is worn around the butt. On the right side of the stock there are pressure marks on the grip. On the left side of the stock, there is a scrape coming down from the comb, in front of the rear sling mount. There is a mild gouge at the top of the grip. There is a scratch in the wood below the receiver's serial number. In the middle of the comb there is a small gouge. The handguard has a mild pressure mark, one in front and one before the rear barrel band.
Receiver finish exhibits light to mild wear. Heavier wear noted to the left of the loading slot, and appears to have been caused by attempting to resolve a small area of pitting. Mild edge wear around the loading slot. Rear barrel band has heavy finish wear on the top and right sides. Mild finish wear on the front barrel band. The stacking lug on the front barrel band has a slight bend at the end. Fair to moderate finish wear on the exposed barrel. Light finish wear on the magazine plate. Mild edge wear on the trigger guard. Moderate finish wear on the base of the magazine.

Includes model 1918 bayonet, manufactured by Elsener Schwyz, with matching serial number. Bayonet includes scabbard. Blade has light to mild pitting. Scabbard has mild finish wear, light patina, and scattered spots of light pitting.
